Snow Season Japan is a UK based company, owned and operated by Sarah Mulholland and Andrew Kelly. They have both spent the last 7 years living, skiing and snowboarding in the resort village of Hakuba in the Nagano region of Japan. With in depth local knowledge and passion for adventure, mountains, snow, travel and culture, Sarah and Andrew are specialists in ski and snowboard holidays to Japan.
Andrew is the lead guide of the Off The Beaten Track Powder Tour, on hand to show you everything from the best powder stashes and onsens to the most delicious food on the menu of our favourite restaurants. Sarah is looking after the Girls Camp in Hakuba. She’ll be there throughout the camp taking photos, filming, helping to guide and showing you all the best apres ski spots in town. Together, the team at Snow Season Japan offer a personalised service, giving you the best experience possible for your snow holiday to Japan.

Snow Season Japan operate in accordance with the UK 1992 Travel & Tourism regulations and legislation concerning Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours. For the purpose of protecting both our company and customers, we have liability insurance and professional indemnity cover.
Media
Sarah and Andrew contributed as writers and photographers to the World Snowboard Guide’s newest publication, ‘Snow-search Japan’ – an award winning travel guidebook covering ski resort reviews and travel in Japan. In particular, Sarah wrote the Hakuba section and photographed much of the Hokkaido section of the book, while Andrew wrote the Myoko section.
Sarah recently contributed as a writer and photographer for an article about skiing in Hakuba for the Japan National Tourism Organization’s UK website. Check it out here!
